The Entry must be an original design created and owned by the applicant, without any intellectual property disputes, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights, ownership, use rights and disposal rights of third parties.
All Entries remain the property of the respective applicants
Applicants shall bear full legal and other responsibilities arising from any possible breach of any intellectual property rights
Applicants have the responsibility to protect their intellectual property rights
Applicants and the point of contact must be the core team member of the project and act in good faith
Projects submitted to other competitions or awards will also be accepted
Gold, Silver and Bronze award-winning projects of past TERA-Award will not be allowed to participate
The decision of the Organiser will be absolutely final
